$10 is not a lot of money, but it can still get you some amazing PS4 games. With the fall in prices of games after their release, you can get some pretty good deals. I usually avoid buying PS4 games right after their release for this reason. The prices often drop by as much as 75% in certain cases, so you can get an amazing game for just 25% of the original price.
I want you to note that I have included the games based on the prices at the time of writing this article. You will find the prices higher in certain cases, but you can wait for a sale to get them for under $10. I am really excited to share six of the best PS4 games under $10. Let's begin.
1. Battlefield 1
Battlefield 1 is considered one of the best PS4 games by a lot of people. It throws you into World War I, where you play as different characters and do missions in the single-player campaign. You get to play several different roles like an airplane pilot and a tank operator and experience the extreme violence of World War I.
The story missions aren't long, which is one of the drawbacks of this game. They could have reduced the number of missions and just focused on giving the story more time to make an impact, but they chose not to. The story missions are basically glorified tutorials.
The good news is that they got a lot of things right with this one. The weapons are great and suit the time period that the game is based on. Even though you are playing with old weapons, you never feel bad about the absence of new weapons.
You can spend a few hours playing the single-player campaign, but I don't think that you should buy it just for the single-player campaign. Multiplayer mode is the reason for buying this game. As expected, the multiplayer mode is amazing. If you have played the earlier Battlefield games, then you know what I am talking about.
The weapons are balanced, and you can have a really good time trying each one. The tanks are stronger now because of the lack of anti-tank weapons. The multiplayer is full of destruction and chaos, but you won't be overwhelmed by it.
The multiplayer can actually feel like a real war with real consequences even though it is not. I know that it is a bit late, but the graphics of the game deserve to be appreciated. The maps are humongous, and a lot of people still play this game even in 2020.
In short, this game is a must-have if you love first-person shooters. I would rate this 10 out of 10.

2. The Evil Within 2
To be honest with you, I am in love with this PS4 game. It has everything that you would want from a good horror game. Decent scares, music that will send chills down your spine, horrifying bosses, and a good story make this game amazing. The Evil Within 2 is so much better than the first one, which was not a bad game by any standards.
It continues the narrative from the first one, but you can still understand what is going on if you haven't played the original. You play as Sebastian Castellanos, who is once again thrown into the alternate reality where people have turned into monsters.
The game is not easy to play, but it is enjoyable. You need to learn how to conserve your ammo and craft upgrades so that you can progress smoothly. In my opinion, exploring every part of the game is just as important as sticking to the main story.
Some of the designs of the bosses are unlike anything that you have seen before. I would mention a few bosses here, but I don't want to spoil the game for you. If you haven't seen the gameplay, then I would recommend that you avoid watching it too much. Just enjoy the game and see where the story takes you.
This one has an open-world element, which is a lot less stressful than the linear sequences. You won't be bored by the game because the pacing is fast. The ending is pretty good, which is not the case with a lot of horror games. The gameplay is around 15 hours if you go through it at a decent pace. This one will be enjoyed by horror fans as well as non-horror fans because it offers something for everyone.
You should definitely add this to your PS4 games collection considering how cheap it is. My rating for this brilliant game is 9 out of 10.

3. Titanfall 2
Titanfall 2 is one of those PS4 games that is criminally underrated for reasons that are hard to point out. Maybe the release of Battlefield 1 one week before the release of Titanfall 2 played a part in why the game never got the credit it deserves.
Some people go as far as to claim that it is better than Battlefield 1 or Call of Duty games, but I don't make such bold claims. For a game released way back in 2016, it is quite impressive. The game has improved over its last version in every way. Respawn is one of the few developers that actually listen to the community.
Titanfall didn't have a single-player mode, but Titanfall 2 has a satisfying single-player campaign. You can buy it just for the amazing single-player campaign, but it also offers a multiplayer mode. In PS4, you won't have trouble finding matches, especially because they offered this game for free to PS Plus subscribers in December 2019.
The game has a lot of customizations, smooth movement mechanics, plenty of titans to choose from, great graphics, etc. You can spend hours trying different titans and mastering different weapons until you find what you like.
Apex Legends, a popular battle-royale game, is similar to Titanfall 2 in a lot of ways because Respawn made Apex Legends instead of Titanfall 3. Titanfall 2 has better movement, while Apex Legends has a much larger user base. You can't wall run in Apex Legends, but good players can fly across the map by mastering the game mechanics in Titanfall 2.
If you are looking for a multiplayer experience unlike any other, then this PS4 game is a good option. I am not saying that it is your only option, but it is one of the affordable ones. I would rate this game 9 out of 10.

4. Dishonored 2
Dishonored 2 is the sequel to Dishonored, which was an amazing game and one of the best PS4 games of its time. It is a first-person shooter, which provides you complete control over how you want to approach a situation. You can go all guns blazing and kill everyone, or you can pick them off one-by-one stealthily.
You get to choose from either Emily or Corvo, with each having different powers. The story will be similar, but the powers will make a huge difference in your gameplay.
The game can be replayed as the other character so that you can experience the different supernatural abilities of both. Corvo was the main character in the first Dishonored, so people who have played Dishonored might want to try playing with Emily first.
This one is better than the first one in a lot of ways. It has better graphics, smoother gameplay, new powers and character choices, etc. It rewards you for exploring and taking your time. You can rush through it if you want to, but then you don't get to experience everything that it has to offer.
The AI in this game is smart, so the usual tricks like throwing objects to distract the AI won't work. The AI will figure out where the object was thrown from and come after you. You can try completing the entire game without using any supernatural abilities. This could be a fun challenge once you have played the entire game.
I don't want to go into too many details because you will have a lot of fun discovering how innovative this PS4 game is if you haven't played Dishonored. This is a solid game that I would rate 8 out of 10.

5. Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare
This Call of Duty game is a futuristic first-person shooter in which you will find yourself running on walls, engaging in close combat, using futuristic weapons, trying different character classes in the multiplayer, and more. You can experience the single-player campaign as well as the multiplayer.
Trust me, the single-player campaign is pretty amazing. Some people think that the single-player campaign is what makes this game worth buying. It has characters that you start to care about, and the story is not bad as well.
The multiplayer is not as innovative as I would have liked it to be. It does bring something new to the table, but it hasn't blown people away by how amazing it is. It has good movement, and the gameplay is pretty smooth. You won't find yourself complaining about not hitting the enemy when your aim is on the enemy. In spite of all the negativity around this game, I like how it turned out.
In my opinion, this PS4 game is also underrated like Titanfall 2. It is a great game to have, and you will not have issues in finding lobbies in some of the popular multiplayer modes on your PS4. It is really cheap right now, so you should definitely get this one.
You can literally play this game for several hours a day every single day, as the multiplayer is addictive. I know that this might not be the best Call of Duty game, but it gives you a lot of value for the money that you spend. My rating for this one is 9 out of 10.

6. Darksiders 3
Darksiders 3 doesn't stand a chance against some of the best PS4 games, like God of War 2018, that were released in the same year. However, it would not be wise to discount this game yet. It has interesting combat and characters with a female lead that is a new and much-appreciated change to the series.
This is basically a hack-and-slash action-adventure game. There are environmental puzzles, but they aren't hard to do. I want to warn you that this game does take some inspiration from Dark Souls, which means that you will have trouble moving forward.
You play as Fury, who is one of the four horsemen of the apocalypse. Fury has a whip as her primary weapon. You get more weapons and traversal abilities as you progress, which helps keep the game interesting.
There are camera issues with this game, and you can end up dying because of them. A lot of focus is on dodging the attacks at the right time, and you get a chance to land a free hit if you time the dodge perfectly. So you will find yourself attacking and then dodging pretty often to survive the strong enemies that you face.
The designs of the seven deadly sin bosses are amazing, and the fans of the series won't be disappointed here. This game can still disappoint some people because the combat is not as good as the first two games. Not everyone appreciates the increase in difficulty and the lower health that you have. Maybe taking inspiration from Dark Souls wasn't a great idea.
In spite of the drawbacks, I chose to include this PS4 game because it is a good game that you will enjoy playing. You need to consider what you are paying for the game, and it is a great deal for approximately $10. You can spend hours grinding and replaying the game again on a new difficulty.
In short, you should buy this game if you are looking for a hack-and-slash game that has difficult yet rewarding combat. I would rate this 8 out of 10.
