No bounty.

In this part of the Advanced Military Career Arc, you will now be introduced to the concept and use behind remote repair modules, armor repairers for Gallente and Amarr, whose ships specialize in strong armor layers and shield transporters for Caldari and Minmatar, who conversely field strong shields on their ships for main line defense.

Since remote repair modules are only able to be used on your target, with a separate set of modules used for self repair, they are used exclusively in gang and fleet operations, often coordinated through a Fleet Commander or Logistics Officer who manages pilots capable of keeping the other ships in the fleet alive. In corp warfare, these modules can even be used to repair orbital structures such as control towers or stations, to help reinforce an area that was previously attacked.

In this case, like with most of the missions in this chain, you will only barely skim the vast potential for the capabilities behind the modules, however still familiarizing you with their use to some degree. There are no enemies in this mission, so just worry about getting that repair module fitted and warp out to the mission encounter.

When you arrive, you'll find a lone friendly target, the Damaged Vessel which is in need of your repairs, drifting amidst a coral rock formation and some dust clouds. Since the vessel itself is not actually damaged, hit point wise at least, all you need to do is get within range, typically 4km, and activate the repair module for a single cycle. After activating the module successfully on the Damaged Vessel, you will receive a neocom message from the npc ship, thanking you for your help before warping away, completing your objectives here.
