Critical Burst Item Build

This build is concentrated with pure critical power! Although it has a reasonable amount of attack power and attack speed, the main focus is on critical power. After all, the name of this build is none other than—Critical Burst Item Build!

Just like most heroes with the marksman role, Bruno can focus everything into enhancing the power of his basic attack instead of his skills. That is true especially with this build. You see, the Critical Burst Item Build operates on the idea that once Bruno reaches the late stages of the game with his complete set of core items, he can just attack ruthlessly without a care in the world.

This Critical Burst Item Build is particularly simple and straightforward. All that Bruno has to do with this build in tow is to attack as much as he can and let his critical rate and critical damage do the rest of the work. Just so you know, this build promises the highest critical rate among the build ideas listed here. And knowing that Bruno has the Mecha Legs passive skill that further increases critical rate, this build totally works in perfect harmony with his basic attack.

1. Demon Hunter Sword

  • +35 Physical Attack
  • +25% Attack Speed
  • Unique Passive (Devour) – Deals bonus physical damage equal to 10% of the current HP of an enemy with each basic attack. The extra damage caps at 60 points against monsters.
  • Unique Passive (Devour) – Grants an extra 4% Lifesteal for 3 seconds with each basic attack. This effect can stack up to 5 times.

2. Swift Boots

  • +15% Attack Speed
  • +40 Movement Speed (Unique)

3. Windtalker

  • +40% Attack Speed
  • +20 Movement Speed
  • +10% Critical Chance
  • Unique Passive (Typhoon) – Causes basic attacks to hit 3 enemies and deal 100 points of magical damage every 3.5 seconds. This effect has a cooldown that decreases depending on the cumulative ascending amount of the hero’s critical chance, damage, and attack speed.
  • Unique Passive (Activate) – Increases the hero’s Movement Speed by 5% for a short amount of time after triggering Typhoon.

4. Berserker’s Fury

  • +65 Physical Attack
  • +25% Critical Chance
  • +40% Critical Damage (Unique)
  • Unique Passive (Doom) – Increases the hero’s Physical Attack by 5% for 2 seconds after landing a critical hit.

5. Scarlet Phantom

  • +30 Physical Attack
  • +20% Attack Speed
  • +25% Critical Chance
  • Unique Passive (Frenzy) – Increases Attack Speed by 30% and Critical Chance by 5% for 2 seconds after landing a critical hit.

6. Blade of Despair

  • +170 Physical Attack
  • +5% Movement Speed
  • Unique Passive (Despair) – Raises the hero’s physical attack damage by 30% for 2 seconds after attacking enemies that have less than 50% HP.

Killer Engine Item Build

The Killer Engine Item Build is quite similar to the Critical Burst Item Build. The difference? This build trades a bit of attack speed for more attack power!

This build isn’t called the Killer Engine Item Build for nothing! This build provides Bruno with an exceptionally high attack power with the aid of critical rate-boosting and damage-boosting items. The addition of the Malefic Roar and the Blade of Despair here on this build are no joke! Both of these items offer insane amounts of offensive power!

If going purely offensive is your cup of tea, then the Killer Engine Item Build is definitely for you! Just remember that this build won’t provide as much attack speed as the Critical Burst Item Build does, so make sure that every hit you make counts!

1. Berserker’s Fury

  • +65 Physical Attack
  • +25% Critical Chance
  • +40% Critical Damage (Unique)
  • Unique Passive (Doom) – Increases the hero’s Physical Attack by 5% for 2 seconds after landing a critical hit.

2. Swift Boots

  • +15% Attack Speed
  • +40 Movement Speed (Unique)

3. Scarlet Phantom

  • +30 Physical Attack
  • +20% Attack Speed

  • Unique Passive (Frenzy) – Increases Attack Speed by 30% and Critical Chance by 5% for 2 seconds after landing a critical hit.

4. Corrosion Scythe

  • +50 Physical Attack
  • +5% Movement Speed
  • +25% Attack Speed
  • Unique Passive (Corrosion) – Grants a 50% chance of decreasing the Movement Speed of enemies by 40% with each basic attack. This effect only provides a 20% decrease in Movement Speed for long-ranged basic attacks.
  • Unique Passive (Impulse) – Deals damage to enemies with each basic attack and increases Attack Speed by 8% for 3 seconds. This effect can stack up to 5 times.

5. Malefic Roar

Hyper Roamer Item Build

If you’re the kind of person who likes getting ahead of everyone in every aspect, then the Hyper Roamer Item Build is for you!

The Hyper Roamer Item Build makes Bruno dependent on jungling throughout the early and middle stages of the game. The rational motive for this is so that Bruno can farm for experience and gold faster than the enemies possibly can. By doing so, Bruno gains the opportunity to assemble his core items faster and become stronger than everyone else as early as possible.

It is important to know that by choosing this build, you promise to end the game as fast as you can. Since you will be having overwhelming advantage in terms of gold and experience early on (if you did manage to farm effectively), then you’ll have the power to annihilate your enemies in an instant.

As a final note, once you complete all of your core items with this build, you can freely swap Raptor Machete with a Malefic Roar for more damage! Also, since you become, in essence, a hyper roamer by using this build, you are expected to roam around the battlefield and assist your allies in need whenever you can. This, in turn, results in you snagging more kills and assist, which further increases the chances of your team to claim victory.

1. Raptor Machete

  • +30 Physical Attack
  • +15 Physical Penetration
  • +30% Damage to Monsters (Unique)
  • Unique Passive (Greed) – Gains 30% extra experience when jungling. Also, regains 4% of total HP and 10% of total Mana after killing a jungle monster.
  • Unique Passive (Gorge) – Increases Physical Attack by 4 points every time a jungle monster is killed. This effect can stack up to 10 times. Also, the “Retribution” battle spell becomes applicable to enemy heroes by having the effect of reducing their Movement Speed by 70%, which gradually decays within 3 seconds. Using “Retribution” also deals a small amount of true damage against enemy heroes.

2. Swift Boots

  • +15% Attack Speed
  • +40 Movement Speed (Unique)

4. Berserker’s Fury

  • +65 Physical Attack
  • +25% Critical Chance
  • +40% Critical Damage (Unique)
  • Unique Passive (Doom) – Increases the hero’s Physical Attack by 5% for 2 seconds after landing a critical hit.

5. Scarlet Phantom

  • +30 Physical Attack
  • +20% Attack Speed
  • +25% Critical Chance
  • Unique Passive (Frenzy) – Increases Attack Speed by 30% and Critical Chance by 5% for 2 seconds after landing a critical hit.

6. Blade of Despair

  • +170 Physical Attack
  • +5% Movement Speed
  • Unique Passive (Despair) – Raises the hero’s physical attack damage by 30% for 2 seconds after attacking enemies that have less than 50% HP.
