Without further ado, here are three item builds that synergize well with Gusion’s deadly techniques. You can follow them to a tee or even tweak them a little bit. Do whatever it takes to be a legend!
Have you unlocked Gusion in Mobile Legends?
Mage Assassin Item Build
This build turns Gusion into a hero that possesses the positive qualities of being both a mage and an assassin. As expected, this build provides a lot of magic power as well as unique passives that further improve damage. There’s no assassin like Gusion. He’s agile, nimble, ruthless, powerful, and tricky. And with the Mage Assassin Item Build, he becomes even more deadly!
As you can see, the first item listed here is a pair of Rapid Boots. It’s purpose is to provide Gusion with a suitable amount of movement speed for him to be able to roam around freely, chase enemies, and even make tactical escapes.
The second item is the Concentrated Energy. It allows Gusion to recover precious HP as he snuff the living daylight out of his foes. This item is very important since Gusion only has a fairly low amount of HP.
As for the third item, it’s the Fleeting Time. Not only does item improves Gusion’s magic power and cooldown reduction, it also considerably refreshes his ultimate skill whenever he makes a kill or assist. I must say that this item works perfectly with Gusion’s mage assassin nature.
After the three mentioned core items, the rest are for further increasing Gusion’s damaging prowess. This build is all about assassination power! Whether you decide to go solo or work with your team, this build renders Gusion extremely powerful.

Death Strike Item Build
Unlike the Mage Assassin Item Build, the Death Strike Item Build gives Gusion some survivability for him to last longer on the battlefield. It’s actually on par with the former build, but with a lot of HP bonus!
This build ensures that Gusion won’t die easily during team clashes. Soloing is still good for Gusion, but this build shines even more when he’s attacking with his allies. For that reason, it is best for you to spam Gusion skills as much as possible when donning this build.
Focus on the kill, but be careful not to get crowd controlled or outnumbered. Gusion may have the magic power and magic penetration to inflict insane amounts of damage with this build, but he’s still a squishy hero. The added HP can only go as far. Always stay near to allies when you’re using this build. Alternatively, attack only when you’re certain that the enemy is alone or in critical condition. It’s your death strike that matters with this build, so always attack from the shadows and try your best to increase your chances of performing surprise attacks.
1. Clock of Destiny
- +60 Magic Power
- +615 HP
- +600 Mana
- Unique Passive (Time) – Increases HP by 30 points and Magical Attack by 5 points every 30 seconds. This effect can stack up to 10 times.
- Unique Passive (Reincarnate) – When Time reaches its fullest stack (10 times), the hero receives an increase of 5% in Magical Attack and an addition of 300 Mana.
2. Arcane Boots
- +15 Magic Penetration
- +40 Movement Speed (Unique)
3. Glowing Wand
- +75 Magic Power
- +400 HP
- +5% Movement Speed
- Unique Passive (Scorch) – Burns enemies for 3 seconds after a skill hits them. The burning effect deals 2%/3%/4% of the enemies’ current HP as magical damage for at least 10 points.
4. Fleeting Time
- +70 Magic Power
- +15% Cooldown Reduction
- Unique Passive (Timestream) – Reduces the cooldown of the hero’s ultimate skill by 35% every time a kill or assist is made.
5. Lightning Truncheon
- +75 Magic Power
- +300 Mana

- Unique Passive (Nirvana) – Increases HP by 1.5 points for every 1 point of Magic Power.
Enchanted Blade Item Build
This build is quite similar with the other builds but with the Beast Killer in tow as the first core item for Gusion. The Beast Killer provides a lot of benefits. It allows Gusion to farm effectively early on and amass a lot of experience and gold.
Since Gusion is an assassin, roaming around (especially within the jungle area) gives him the chance to gank enemy heroes and offer quick assistance to allies present in nearby lanes. Also, Beast Killer provides Gusion with a decent amount of armor and magic resistance for added survivability.
As for the rest of the items, they follow the other builds listed here quite similarly. You can exchange Arcane Boots for Rapid Boots for more mobility if you want. Also, you can add a Calamity Reaper for more damage if you so wish. That is if you have already assembled your core items and would want to swap the Beast Killer for an item that further improves your damage.
This is actually my favorite build here. It allows for easy farming and quick assassinations. The Enchanted Blade Item Build, if I must say so, is truly enchanting and terrifying. I suggest that you use it only if you’re already adept in jungling and ganking.
1. Beast Killer
- +20 Armor
- +20 Magic Resistance
- +30% Damage to Monsters (Unique)
- Unique Passive (Greed) – Gains 30% extra experience when jungling. Also, regains 4% of total HP and 10% of total Mana after killing a jungle monster.
- Unique Passive (Gorge) – Increases physical and magic defense by 3 points every time a jungle monster is killed. This effect can stack up to 10 times. Also, the “Retribution” battle spell becomes applicable to enemy heroes by having the effect of reducing their Movement Speed by 70%, which gradually decays within 3 seconds. Using “Retribution” also temporarily grants your hero a shield that’s based on the hero’s total HP.
2. Arcane Boots
- +15 Magic Penetration
- +40 Movement Speed (Unique)
3. Concentrated Energy
- +70 Magic Power
- +700 HP
- +25% Spell Vampirism
- Unique Passive (Recharge) – Regenerates 10% of the hero’s total HP after killing an enemy hero.
4. Fleeting Time
- +70 Magic Power
- +15% Cooldown Reduction
- Unique Passive (Timestream) – Reduces the cooldown of the hero’s ultimate skill by 35% every time a kill or assist is made.
5. Lightning Truncheon
- +75 Magic Power
- +300 Mana
- +10% Cooldown Reduction
- Unique Passive (Resonate) – Deals bonus magic damage that scales with the hero’s maximum Mana with the next magic skill to up to 3 enemies. This effect triggers every 6 seconds.
6. Holy Crystal
- +90 Magic Power
- +25% Magic Power (Unique)
- Unique Passive (Exterminate) – Increases magical attack damage by 15% after a skill hits a target. The next skill damage cancels this effect. This effect has a duration of 3 seconds and a cooldown of 10 seconds.
