Mobile Legends: Zilong's Skills and Abilities Guide
As a mighty warrior who possesses the power of dragons, Zilong dives into battlefields with his powerful spear in order to fight for what is just and right. He has absolute mastery over his spear techniques, which he uses to strike foes until they submit themselves to him. As a hero, he is one of the easiest-to-use powerhouses of the lot. However, he must never be overlooked and underestimated just because he is a hero that is free from the beginning.
Zilong is a powerful warrior that excels in dealing high damage per second and supporting allies by hindering and sending enemies to their doom. Since he is easy to use, both newbies and veterans alike can utilize him to achieve flawless victories. However, properly handling him is another matter. Only hardened warriors can draw out his true potential in battle.
This guide not only lists all of Zilong’s skills and abilities, it also expands on each one of them and details some tips on how to use them effectively. Having said that, the rest is up to you now. Go to the war zone, unleash your dragon spear techniques, and prove your worth as the Son of the Dragon, Zilong!
Is Zilong one of your favorite heroes in Mobile Legends?
Zilong’s Skills and Abilities
Dragon Flurry (Passive Skill)
Spear Flip (1st Skill)
Spear Strike (2nd Skill)
Supreme Warrior (Ultimate Skill)
Dragon Flurry (Passive Skill)
As the son of the dragon, Zilong’s attacks possesses the might of dragons. Every 6 seconds, he unleashes a flurry of blows dealing 1.8x his basic attack damage. Moreover, dealing successful blows on the enemy reduces the cooldown of this skill’s activation by 0.5 second.
Every single attack from Zilong packs a punch equal to the power of dragons. And when Dragon Flurry activates, nothing can save the enemy from the barrage!
This passive skill is extremely powerful. Just imagine doing a critical hit every 6 seconds. That’s insane! To top it all, 6 seconds isn’t even this skill’s real cooldown. For every successful hit on the enemy with Zilong’s basic attack, Dragon Flurry’s cooldown decreases by 0.5 seconds. If you wouldn’t call that overpowered, then I don’t know what else is suitable to be called that.
Keep in mind that Dragon Flurry scales well with damage-increasing items. The more powerful the damage you can dish out with your basic attacks, the harder this skill can pummel the enemy!
Spear Flip (1st Skill)
With his powerful dragon spear, Zilong is capable of forking and throwing an enemy over and behind him for agonizing damage. This skill deals 300 [+140% Total Physical ATK] physical damage and lower’s the enemy’s armor by 10 for 2 seconds.
- Skill Level 1 – 300 Base Damage, 9 Seconds Cooldown, 80 Mana Consumption
- Skill Level 2 – 330 Base Damage, 9 Seconds Cooldown, 85 Mana Consumption
- Skill Level 3 – 360 Base Damage, 9 Seconds Cooldown, 90 Mana Consumption
- Skill Level 4 – 390 Base Damage, 9 Seconds Cooldown, 95 Mana Consumption
- Skill Level 5 – 420 Base Damage, 9 Seconds Cooldown, 100 Mana Consumption
- Skill Level 6 – 450 Base Damage, 9 Seconds Cooldown, 105 Mana Consumption
As an anti-escape skill and a team support initiator, Spear Flip truly rocks! This skill not only damages an enemy, it also flips them back—rendering them unable to escape. If you have your teammates or an allied tower behind you, you are sure to deal significant damage to an enemy once you flip them over. That makes Spear Flip one hell of a physical and support skill!
Always remember: Use Spear Flip to send the enemy flying behind you and let your allies do the rest in case your might is not enough. If utilized properly, this skill almost always yields a free kill. Take that enemies!
Using the Spear Strike skill, Zilong rushes towards the enemy and pierces them with his spear for considerable damage. This skill deals 260 [+30% Total Physical ATK] physical damage and decreases the enemy’s movement speed by 30% for 1 second.
- Skill Level 1 – 260 Base Damage, 10 Seconds Cooldown, 80 Mana Consumption
- Skill Level 2 – 285 Base Damage, 9 Seconds Cooldown, 85 Mana Consumption
- Skill Level 3 – 310 Base Damage, 8 Seconds Cooldown, 90 Mana Consumption
- Skill Level 4 – 335 Base Damage, 7 Seconds Cooldown, 95 Mana Consumption
- Skill Level 5 – 360 Base Damage, 6 Seconds Cooldown, 100 Mana Consumption
- Skill Level 6 – 385 Base Damage, 5 Seconds Cooldown, 105 Mana Consumption
Spear Strike is a skill that allows Zilong to close the gap between him and an enemy. It deals considerable damage and at the same time slows down the target. This skill is yet another great physical and support skill for Zilong.
A simple tactic to use this skill is to aim it at an enemy and immediately use Spear Flip thereafter. With this combo, the enemy is sure to suffer a slow debuff, undergo a reduction in armor, tremendously get damaged, and be held back to be left at your mercy or whatever allies are behind you.
It’s a good idea to max this skill’s level as soon as possible because the higher its level is, the lesser its cooldown. Unlike Spear Flip, the cooldown of Spear Strike decreases per level.
Hardened by tough battles, Zilong can power-up to become a supreme warrior! In this powerful state, his movement speed and attack speed dramatically soars. His movement speed increases by 30% while his attack speed increases by 45% for 6 seconds. Furthermore, this skill instantly removes any immobilized status debuff from him once activated.
- Skill Level 1 – 45% Attack Speed Bonus, 30% Movement Speed Bonus, 6 Seconds Duration, 30 Seconds Cooldown, 120 Mana Consumption
- Skill Level 2 – 60% Attack Speed Bonus, 30% Movement Speed Bonus, 7 Seconds Duration, 24 Seconds Cooldown, 140 Mana Consumption
- Skill Level 3 – 75% Attack Speed Bonus, 30% Movement Speed Bonus, 8 Seconds Duration, 18 Seconds Cooldown, 160 Mana Consumption
The Supreme Warrior skill transforms Zilong into a truly supreme being! This skill has a lot of benefits in the form of buffs. All I can say is –“Woah!”
Due to the fact that this ultimate skill increases Zilong’s movement speed a lot, I don’t usually equip Zilong with shoes and boots in the late game. Instead, I equip him with more damage-increasing items. The 30% movement speed bonus, 8 seconds duration, and 18 seconds cooldown is enough for me to hunt the enemy or make a strategic retreat. As for the attack speed bonus, it is really significant! The attack speed bonus is so high it will only take you a few seconds to punish the enemy in most cases.
Overall, Supreme Warrior is a skill that Zilong must absolutely use whenever he is engaged with the opposition. A Zilong in this mode is a Zilong to be absolutely feared!
