The Sportswear Set is the first clothing set you can receive in Pokémon Let’s Go Eevee/Pikachu. You are given this outfit by a girl in Pallet Town just for being such good friends with her little brother. This set includes a cap and outfit for your buddy Pokémon to match your outfit.

Once you arrive in Vermilion City, locate the Fan Club Building. This is the building with a sign that looks like a pink bow. Inside, speak with the Fan Club chairman and he will give you an outfit for your player character to wear. Depending on which version of the game you are playing, you will receive either the Eevee Set or the Pikachu Set.

Sylveon Set

Eeveelution Sets or Raichu Set

The Fan Club chairman will tell you to return and speak with him again once you become best friends with your buddy Pokémon. After spending a lot of time battling and playing with your Eevee or Pikachu, return to the Fan Club building in Vermilion City and speak with the chairman again. He will give you either all eight of the Eeveelution sets (Vaporeon Set, Flareon Set, Jolteon Set, Espeon Set, Umbreon Set, Leafeon Set, Glaceon Set, and Sylveon Set) or the Raichu Set, depending on whether you have Eevee or Pikachu as your partner Pokémon. These sets include matching outfits for you and your buddy Pokémon.

If you’ve always wanted to join Team Rocket, this is your chance… sort of. Once you reach Celadon City and infiltrate the Game Corner, you will run into a spy inside. Talk to her, and she will give you the Team Rocket Set for you and your Pokémon. She informs you that this disguise probably won’t work, however, as you are too short to be a real member of Team Rocket.

In Fuchsia City, go south of the Pokémon Center, where you will find Jessie and James digging for treasure on the beach. They will find a set of gold teeth, which they will give to you for some reason. Take these gold teeth to the Warden, who is in the house to the right of the Pokémon Center. The Warden will be so happy that you found his gold teeth that he will give you the Safari Outfit for you and your buddy Pokémon, and also teach your buddy Pokémon the secret technique Strong Push.

Go west of Fuchsia City and enter the Route 15 gate. There will be a set of stairs here to access the second story of this building. Go up these stairs and talk to Professor Oak’s assistant. If you have captured at least 50 Pokémon, he will literally give you the lab coat off his back, which is somehow adapted into a set of outfits that fit both you and your Pokémon.

After defeating Team Rocket in the Silph Co. building, speak with Officer Jenny outside the gym in Saffron City. She will give you the Police Set for you and your buddy Pokémon. Now you can cosplay as your favorite police officer!

Jessie and James will give you the Blast Off set after you defeat them for a final time. You need to first collect all eight badges and defeat the Elite Four. You will encounter Jessie and James. After you become champion, return to Pokémon Road (route 17) and approach Team Rocket to battle after a short cutscene. They will try to recruit you to join Team Rocket and will give you their iconic white Team Rocket outfit just in case you decide to switch teams.
