*Morale increases the chances of an Axie dealing Critical Hits or entering Last Stand mode. The higher the Critical Hit chance is, the higher the instances of dealing double damage with each attack. The higher the Last Stand chance is, the higher the probability of surviving fatal damage.

**Last Stand is a mode that an Axie can enter when its HP drops to zero. By entering this mode, an Axie can continue attacking and become almost invulnerable to damage.

Speed Up

When “Speed Up” buff is applied, it allows an Axie to get higher turn priority when it comes to attacking and defending. It also decreases the chances of an Axie receiving Critical Hits when defending. Debuffs Explained

Aroma

An Axie affected by “Aroma” will draw all incoming damage to itself. This is especially useful when you want a certain Axie to become the target for a certain time.

When it is applied to your own Axie, you’ll be able to effectively redirect incoming damage away from your other Axies, which basically increases their survivability.

When it is applied to an enemy Axie, you’ll be able to easily target and prioritize it, bypassing the other enemy Axies.

Attack Down

When “Attack Down” debuff is applied, it decreases the damage that an Axie can deal for its next attack. And since this debuff is stackable, Attack can decrease even further depending on the number of “Attack Down” debuffs applied.

Chill

An Axie affected by “Chill” will not be able to enter Last Stand mode. This means that it will not be able to survive a fatal attack that would otherwise be blocked by the short period of invulnerability granted by Last Stand.

This buff is best used against enemy units with high Morale and abilities that trigger Last Stand.

Fear

Once “Fear” is applied on an Axie, its next attack will miss its target. This means that whoever the target is will be able to avoid the first hit.

This debuff is effective in reducing the overall damage from the enemy attack. It can also prevent combos from being initiated.

Fragile

An Axie affected by “Fragile” will have its shield take double damage from the next incoming attack.

This debuff is highly effective against enemy units with skills that trigger shields and other shield effects.

Jinx

When “Jinx” debuff is applied, it renders an Axie unable to score Critical Hits.

This debuff significantly reduces damage from enemy units with high Morale and skills that increase Critical Hit chance.

Lethal

An Axie affected by “Lethal” is guaranteed to receive a Critical Hit from the next incoming attack.

One good way of using this debuff is to immediately follow-up with a high damage attack right after applying it.

Morale Down

When “Morale Down” debuff is applied, it decreases the Critical Hit chance of an Axie. It also decreases the chance to enter Last Stand mode. And since this debuff is stackable, Critical Hit chance and Last Stand chance can be decreased even further depending on the number of “Morale Down” debuffs applied.

Poison

Once “Poison” is applied, the affected Axie will lose 3 HP per turn. This means that every action will count towards the continuous loss of HP. And since this debuff is stackable, the HP loss per turn can increase even further.

Sleep

Once “Sleep” is applied on an Axie, the next incoming attack will ignore its shield. This means that whoever the target is will receive more damage.

This debuff is effective in increasing the damage your Axie can deal. It can also be use to initiate combos more easily.

Speed Down

When “Speed Down” debuff is applied, it allows an Axie to get higher turn priority when it comes to attacking and defending. It also decreases the chances of an Axie receiving Critical Hits when defending. And since this debuff is stackable, turn priority and Critical Hit chance reduction from the enemy can be improved even further depending on the number of “Speed Down” debuffs applied.

Stench

An Axie affected by “Stench” will lose its priority as a target. This means that your own Axies will ignore the affected enemy unit and attack its teammates instead.

This debuff is especially effective when you’re trying to bypass a certain enemy unit and want to attack the other units instead.

Stun

Once “Stun” is applied on an Axie, its next attack will miss its target. This means that whoever the target is will be able to avoid the first hit. Furthermore, when the affected Axie is attacked, the damage from the attack will ignore its shield, causing even more damage.

This debuff is effective in reducing the damage received by your own units and increasing the damage received by the enemy unit. It can also be used to initiate your combos more easily and prevent combos from being initiated by the enemy unit.
